The staff at this place was super friendly always accommodating even when I had questions like where to grab a bite at night. The breakfast spread was excellent scrambled eggs bacon and even some Asian flavors like miso soup which was unexpected but surprisingly good.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly the stay was acceptable.

The common areas, especially around the pool, felt like an island paradise with a vibrant tiki theme. And I appreciated how accessible everything was, making it easy for everyone to enjoy without any steep stairs.
An update to the carpet would enhance comfort.

Who knew? Not me!
The location seemed promising given the friendly staff and decent amenities. Yet, cleanliness issues stood out in areas like the pool and room. An outdated ambiance with older furniture detracted from the overall experience. I found the breakfast variety quite impressive, with hot options that exceeded expectations. Just wish the rest matched that quality.

my experience at holiday inn express was just disappointing. first, my card was charged before check-in, and I almost went into overdraft. also, the cleaning left a lot to be desired, especially with a weird odor. oddly enough, I expected a nicer room since I’m here for business. would’ve been nice to get a welcome gift as compensation, I just couldn’t give a good review.

The housekeeping team kept my room spotless and always had fresh towels ready, which was a nice touch. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying some snacks from the vending machine after a long day. Just a heads up, the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience. 😊

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and provided fresh sheets and towels daily. I appreciated the handy coffee and tea facilities in the room. The location proved to be highly convenient for accessing local attractions. However, I was frustrated when my card was charged before check-in, which caused some issues with my bank account. The room I received was not the one I booked due to my dog, which felt quite disappointing. It had a noticeable odor and cleanliness could be improved.
